Job Description

• Design and manage WAN/LAN network administration , enterprise wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
• dminister Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls , and VPN configurations.
• Troubleshoot Level 3 network issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Improve network tools such as SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Infoblox .
• Investigate network issues, test solutions, and optimise resolution time.
• Provide recommendations to enhance network performance and optimisation .
• Manage hardware and software upgrades for network infrastructure.
• Support Level 1/2 teams in resolving network-related issues.

• Expertise in Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches .
• Strong knowledge of Cisco OSPF, BGP, iWAN routing protocols .
• Experience with Cisco WLC wireless solutions .
• Proficiency in Cisco ASA/FP, Checkpoint, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN, and ZScaler .
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Prime, Client, and DNAC .

• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols .
• Experience with WAN and backbone network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS .
• Knowledge of next-generation firewall technologies like Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortinet .
• Experience with cloud networks and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP .
