What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide high-quality care in Level III-IV NICUs
• Cover delivery services and care for infants in the NICU
• Work evening shifts, with flexible scheduling options
• Assist in emergency care and daily rounds in NICUs
• Participate in patient care planning and family communication
• Support high-risk delivery and neonatal stabilization procedures
• Engage in a team-oriented environment focused on infant health and safety

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (no exceptions)
• Minimum of 2 years NNP experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical skills in neonatology and high-risk infant care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

About the Assignment

This position is based at a leading facility in Phoenix, Arizona, providing coverage across multiple Level III and IV NICUs, along with new Level II nurseries. You will work with a dedicated team of neonatologists and NNPs to deliver exceptional neonatal care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
